Holiday Inn Trophy Club, an IHG Hotel

Came in for Ls Fest with my kids. Very well up keep hotel. Everything was so clean and felt new. Also was very close to the event

The staff was the best part of stay very friendly and make you feel like family great place to stay

For the price, the hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff was very nice. The only complaint I have is that the hotel placed loud, young children on the top floor. I asked for the situation to be addressed but got to hear it the second night/early morning (11 pm and 5-6 am) all over again.

Outside looked amazing as did the lobby. Desk clerk wasn't over the top friendly but no complaints about her however the other girl didn't have time to look up from her phone 🙄 Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Didn't get the breakfast $13 is a bit much for a hotel breakfast so we went out. I'm guessing there were children above us due to the constant noise of jumping and yelling. Then at 4 am there was an alarm going off in the next room. Called the desk about children and alarm and nothing was done about it.

As my family and I travel for sports we really enjoy staying at the Holiday Inn and have never had issues like we did with this one. When we arrive check in is fast and the hostess tells us of places we can eat close by very nice girl. We grab some take out come back to the room and try and get into our room and the key doesn’t work. They key pad needs “fixing” so each time we need in our room we have to ask a desk personnel to come up with us to open the door. Was not fixed and addressed it with the next day crew and they made me a new card and it worked. Outlets in the rooms didn’t work, no towels in the pool and when I asked for some for the 7 kids from the team he couldn’t get me that many 5 was all he had. The shower was not clean the floor was brown and the water pressure was non existent. My husband got stuck in the elevator and had to hit the emergency button. On a good note the bed was very comfortable and the location is nice.

The room was wonderful and very contemporary: walk-in shower, sliding barn door for the bathroom, and the best bed and linens I've slept on in ages! The room offers a locking safe, a small refrigerator, a microwave oven, and a large flat screen TV on the wall. A nice getaway location if you want to get some work done undisturbed. The breakfast option in the morning was a bit disappointing. "Full service breakfast", to me, means a server taking your order at your table and cooked to order food. What we got was buffet-style pre-made scrambled eggs (over-seasoned), microwave cooked sausages (unappetizing at the best of times), a few selections of pastries and bagels, and a nice selection of breakfast cereals. And a make-it-yourself waffle iron. The upcharge for the breakfast was modest and acceptable with what is offered. Certainly fine for a family staying overnight while travelling (who we shared the dining room with). On the plus side, it is a beautiful and comfortable dining room!
