We paid cash for 2 nights. On our 2nd day when we returned to our room our keys would not work. Come to find out they didn’t have record of us staying a 2nd night and had checked our room out and given keys to someone else. All of our stuff was still in the room. After some discussion with the lady at the desk our room was given back to us with proof that we had paid for 2 nights. However they still had no record of us in the system. The next morning at 8:45 someone tried to open our door with a room key but luckily we had the safety lock on. They did end up refunding my money for one night but it was a very frustrating and not safe feeling situation for me and my child.

Floor was dirty, shower was dirty, furniture was beat up, phone in room was broken, temp in room was set to 62 while it’s 45 outside, kids are crazy and wanted to try and swim but the pool, was open, was green and filthy with trash, sticks and other debris. Public bathroom was filthy as well. We will not being staying at that hotel again…

At check in there was a foul smell of sewer. The room had trash on the floor and looked like it hadn’t been properly swept or vacuumed. Hair, dirt and crumble around room and in bathroom. We all wore socks in the room before bed and the kids white socks were brown within half an hour. They need a deep cleaning.

Overpriced for what it is. Dirty bathroom, empty Kleenex box, no soaps. Limited towels, when asked for enough for one per family member was told they were running low and didn’t have any. No regular pillows in room at all. Throw pillows only. Wasn’t expecting the Ritz, just a comfortable, clean room. Both of which it wasn’t.

A few issues: our room was given away and we had to get a suite with a sofa bed. We called three hours after checkin time to let you know we would be late because we missed our connecting flight in Dallas, but the room was m longer available. The soda bed did not have a top sheet, the water pressure was weak at the bathroom sink, we had to ask for more than two cups, and most of all kids were so loud above us stomping and running, we heard them continuously.
