Staybridge Suites San Angelo, an IHG Hotel

We had a really good time visiting family here! The breakfast was amazing, but the dinners were very small and they ran out of food. We didn't even know they had evening meals so that didn't bother us too much. There were guys out by the pool in the evening blaring inappropriate music that made my daughter uncomfortable. Our TV messed up and they were quick to accomodate us and get it it fixed. Overall, we are very pleased and will be back!

No A/C in room 102 then they tried to get me to stay for free after being out in the sun all day at baseball tournament then Kelly said they would pay for my families room at a different hotel for all the trouble and when I got to other hotel that he called and set up for me I had to pay out of pocket

Very nice suite-type room. The layout of the room was great. Very nice furnishings, with a very comfortable sofa bed. Full kitchen. A family of four could very easily relax in this room.

Walls are paper thin... plus we had LOUD people by our room with kids yelling past 10pm and slamming every door they seemed to find! Hotel was booked due to ASU graduation so couldn't move anywhere else. AC was pretty loud too but at least it drowned out the neighbors. Room to a long time to cool down. Overall not the greatest sleep but breakfast was good the next day. Don't know about going back!

Great place to stay when traveling with family. Awesome pool.

The hotel a manger overcharged my bank card causing us to be without gas money to return home from our stay. When I approached her desk stressed and crying worrying how we would get back home with our two small children she got extremely belligerent pointing her fingers all in my face telling me she didn’t overcharge me and refused to look at the transactions on my bank account. She told me I needed to take it up with my bank. Everyone knows card disputes take up to two weeks to resolve. I advised her this was our gas money home and she still wouldn’t budge. When my husband went to the desk to ask her about it she threatened to call the police on him. She’s a horrible manager and shouldn’t have any job with authority. The housekeeping staff and the front desk employees were very nice though. We’ve stayed her many times but I won’t be returning as long as she is managing the establishment.

Double Queen Suite: Over-all room was rather nice; layout, kitchen, beds, etc.. Couch needed cleaning, covered it with an extra comforter. Air conditioner was super loud, loud enough to wake you from sleep when it kicked on. Stupid small bathroom for a room that could sleep 4 adults and two kids, nowhere to put anything. Biggest problem was water pressure in the bath/shower, virtually none existent, the best trickle only happened at the hottest setting. Pool ashtrays and planters needed cleaning/maintenance.
