SpringHill Suites by Marriott Dallas Rockwall

The cleanest hotel we’ve stayed in for several years. There was a lot of commotion on the first floor with a wedding party and kids running around. We were on the second floor and did not hear any noise.

We were traveling to a nearby lake the next day & stayed at this motel after a long day on the road from out of state. We had an infant, toddler & 8 yr old, our selves & a gma in-tow. The space was perfect with a couch that opened up to a futon in its own area. A nice desk/wall separated the couch area from 2 queen beds. Everything seemed modern & new & room was exceptionally clean. Front desk staff when we checked in close to midnite could not have been nicer or more efficient. Desk staff the following day was just as accommodating & professional. The manager was very giving with late check-out. With the 3 kids & late arrival we were exhausted & needed some extra time. Fresh coffee always available - nice for us caffeine lovers.

What a delightful stay at this hotel! The staff were so welcoming and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The sundry shop was well-stocked with anything a guest could need. The bar and lounge area exuded cozy charm - the perfect spot to unwind with a cocktail. As a family, we appreciated the kid-friendly amenities. Beyond the hotel's many comforts, the premier location truly impressed us. Just miles from Amerisport and walking distance to fabulous shops and restaurants, we couldn't have asked for a more ideal spot. With its wonderful accommodations and unbeatable location!

My family felt safe and rested.

The hotel was really close to the Harbor, which had food and entertainment nearby. It was a very comfortable and nice hotel for a family stay.

Great experience, easy checkin and checkout. Front desk, bar and management encountered were extremely friendly. Walking distance to the harbor area, kid friendly and the breakfast was a plus. Would stay again if returning to the area.

From check-in to check-out, my family felt welcomed. Very clean and well-designed rooms. With a toddler, my husband and I had plenty of room for him to stretch his legs safely. Would definitely return to this property!

Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Bagged waffles were over microwaved and hard as rocks. Oatmeal option was just an overly sweet berry flavor. Just meh. My kids and I decided to grab a banana and went to Starbucks instead. But the bed and room were clean and comfy. Staff was so kind and the pool was clean and pretty. I’d stay again for sure.
