La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Rockwall

I felt welcome and very safe. I needed to be near the hospital for a family member and everything was perfect.

Hotel was OK. They were in the middle of a renovation due to a water leak so it looked pretty trashy at the entrance. The front desk person was pretty casual upon check-in, but realtively friendly. The room was good and bed was confy. Indoor pool was a big plus for kids and the breakfast was great.

We had a good stay, with friendly staff. But unfortunately they allow pets, so the floor we stayed on had dogs that literally barked ALL NIGHT long. Kept my kids and myself awake the entire night. I did call the front desk, but nothing was done. The dogs continued to bark all night. That was the only bad part about our stay. The hotel was very clean and nice. We did not make ot to breakfast because we were all trying to get sleep, so im not sure how it was

This older woman traveling solo woke up to a flat tire on my way to a family event that I'd driven 5 states to attend. The hotel attendant was kind, helpful and supportive to the point that I never felt stressed. A home run in customer service and a great breakfast too.

I believe this hotel is great for small families. I’m big on cleanliness and they met my standard. Thanks laquinta

I had 2 children and loved the theme feature on tv. Very good breakfast my 2 boys ate very well before checkout! Didn't get to use the pool but was a very nice looking indoor pool. It was a quiet place to rest!!

We were on our way to see family and stopped here with our dog. Easy check in and out and no discerning looks about our dog. Location was also close to freeway and easy to access.

I'm very upset about the actions and attitude of the front desk staff upon my check-in today. A man with a very condescending attitude. The room I requested was unavailable and then he proceeded to give me the room that had several problems. The TV, not working upon arrival and I had to go get someone to come fix it, an obvious problem which should have been taken care of before. Next, the toilet wasn't working. This fact was only discovered after my little boy already took a dump! The entire room started to stink fast and had to go front desk again. This guy had the effrontery to tell me to get a plunger and unplug the toilet even after I explained repeatedly that it was nothing we did and that my son had not even wiped his butt when we noticed the toilet wasn't working. He didn't believe me and told me he was going to get his manager. Unknown to me, he had gone straight into my room, without my permission and with my two little kids alone and naked in there. Finally the manager arrived and she alluded to the fact that we might have blocked the toilet, all of this without either of them even looking at the toilet. When I vehemently opposed, I saw the front desk guy strolling out of my room telling me because my son cleaned his butt later then that must be the problem. Turned out that this WAS their fault and their toilet was infact broken. Next came the toilet door jamming and don't get me started on the bland meals. Four days of exact same bland eggs. No more LaQuinta 4me!
