We had 3 rooms for a short family trip. All of them seemed clean enough, until the second morning. My mother in-law calls me and says there are bugs in her room. I go and look and sure enough, a bunch of black bettle looking bugs. On the way to her room, i noticed what i thought was trash on the floor in the hallway. Turns out a water leak in the ceiling, no rain....ceiling tile everywhere. Went to the front desk to address the bugs and was told by the individual, " we know about the bugs, but don't worry, they are harmless". Unacceptable! After a brief discussion, they gave them another room in which they woke up with bugs again....site is not allowing me to upload the photos!!!

This hotel is our choice when we are in the area visiting family. The room is quiet, spacious, clean, and we have always had a great experience. Friendly staff at check in and we feel welcome.

Front receptionist Rita was very rude! Yelling at my kids because they were tossing a squishy ball out in the parking lot! Through out the 6 days that i stayed there not once did they change my bed sheets all i got was new towels put in because we had to take out own trash! Do better comfort inn and get some more housekeepers!

The breakfast provided was limited. My family stayed for a week and got tired of the same options of some kind of egg product, sausage, cereal or waffle and apple for a fruit. Every once in a while they would have yogurt available. but it seems like they were limited to only putting out 6 cups a day or none. Everytime we entered our room we were welcomed with a robust smell; not a bad smell but it was mixed with humidity even though we had the A/C on the whole time. Over all this place was very central to our trip to Texas and it made the trip that less stressful.

Stayed over night during a cross country trip with kids. Didnt get to try breakfast or anything else since one kid developed flu before we arrived. Room was nice and spacious. Hotel and surrounding area looked nice. Would stay again.

NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL! My family and I are were guests at this hotel for a weekend and on that following Monday I was charged $500 because we were told by management that we left the water running “on full blast with the drain closed” in the tub upon check-out (WHICH WE DID NOT DO, who in their right mind would do that) essentially flooding the entire hotel…. I found out about this because of the charge on my card, no one from the hotel even tried to call me to modify me of the “damage” my family caused. The manager Karl/Carl was extremely rude and unprofessional. He constantly talked over me and never tired to resolve the issue. He stated no one went in the room after us (not even the cleaning service) only my family. I called Choice Hotels multiple times and continued to get the runaround about the situation. Bottom line, they simply wanted more money and chose my family to be their victims.

Yeah the staff member on-site was awesome. Let’s start first we received a room key that someone was already occupying. Thank God they were not in their room. Secondly , once we received the correct room walk in the first thing I see is roaches and the sheets had visible stains. Let’s say we left quick fast and in a hurry! I was teased and laughed at by the kids and my family. All because it was 1.2 miles away from the water park we visited the next day.

Good quick stay for our grandkids birthday! Have stay here before and is very close to our kids!

It was noise kids running through the hall.. was hard to sleep but the staff did find my friends necklace which was very special to get that back

Pros: It's quiet, safe, and clean. Nice little breakfast as well. Cons: The lady that works evenings at the front desk has zero personality and seems like she hates her job. Stayed her twice and both times she acted irritated to check us in. A smile or "thank you for choosing us" or literally anything other than the scowl she gives you while she checks you in with the most droll tone and disparaging remarks about children right in front of your kids would be a nice. She's awful. Zero hospitality points for her.
