Considering it’s the summer, the family looked forward to having some pool time. As soon as we checked in, a pool maintenance sign was placed at the pool entrance. The kids never got the opportunity for pool time during our stay. It was quite disappointing.

Clean, efficient and well designed room for two at a great price. A kitchen sink, dishwasher, full micro wave and full refrigerator. My only small issue was with the breakfast, mostly Continental with a Belgian Waffle machine. No proteins offered. I'm sure the kids love the waffles.

This was our second time staying at this facility and there won’t be a third. Upon pulling up to the front of the property there was a whole bag of dog food spilled all over the place so my family and I were stepping on it as we tried to carry our luggage to the entrance. Next, our room didn’t smell clean because it wasn’t disinfected nor cleaned. There was animal hair along with human hair on the bed sheets and the sofa. There was hair in the shower. The coffee table was stained with food or beverage. And there was an empty ice cream container left in the refrigerator. When I approached the front desk personnel they offered to switch us to a different room however, the other rooms had a nasty odor. This was an absolute nightmare and I will not be returning.

We had a quick overnight stay while visiting family in the area. The place was very nice and clean. Rohit at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was great. Definitely recommend staying here to anyone.

This is one of our favorite places to stay while visiting the Greater Houston Area with family. We have stayed at this hotel many times and it is very clean, has great amenities like a full kitchen which is very useful when you have young kids. Even the free continental breakfast has a plethora of choices to satisfy you palate. There is easy access to plenty of restaurants nearby too. Overall a great hotel to stay at.

One night stay for a nearby family event. Lobby area and room were nice. Staff friendly. Bedding on one of the beds should've been trashed. The second layer duvet was burned in several places with obvious holes. Dryer settings may be too high. Sofa on room had a almost faint smell of urine. Not my first time staying here so was a little disappointed but for the price, location, amenities and overall cleanliness it was great.

I booked a two queen plus hide a bed room for our two adults and two children. They overbooked the hotel and gave our room away and when we got there offered us a one king bed room. I had two children with us that didn't get a bed... The night check in assured me the manager would be helpful in making it right in the morning, but she said it was not her problem.

We arrived after midnight due to bad weather and traffic delays and the front desk clerk was friendly and got us checked in quickly so we could get up to our room and rest. They put us in a corner room as we have an infant and we found this very nice and private (also so his crying wouldn't disturb too many other guests). The daily breakfast was nice and the ladies in breakfast area were extremely friendly and helpful. The staff overall were accommodating and quick to answer any questions we had and get us what we needed. We reserved a room with 2 queen beds and were impressed by the size of the room in general. Enjoyed the overall spaciousness, the separate sitting area with sofa bed and kitchenette was really an added bonus. The only negative thing I have to say is that our request for a crib in our room could not be granted - glad we brought the pack and play as a backup! Other than that, it was quiet, clean and close to everything - right off the highway. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a larger than average room with the extra amenities that a suite offers.

After many long distance trips, I can say this is my favorite suite for a family. It feels like an apartment with a kitchen, living room, dining area, separate bedroom, and a bathroom. I had my toddler with me, and this place had space his pack and play in the bedroom. Easy, clean, and spacious! Door Dash and Instacart deliver to the room here as well.

My room was across another room that had 3 big dogs barking constantly during the night and morning. I complained with front desk and they deny knowing anything about it which was a lie. Finally I had to change rooms. The new room smelled like dirty baby diaper
