Charles at check-in was cool! Room and bathroom was nice and clean, indoor pool was really nice for thevl kids, continental breakface was decent. Will definitely stay here again!

I would never stay here if I were a person of color. I was racially profiled and Maria was the one who did it. I hope Kim the general manager is aware she’s working with a racist Indian family

Went down to the pool, which was next to the front desk kids were running around, yelling, cussing, and being obnoxious. We couldn’t enjoy our time and cut our pool time short. The sheets smelt like Doritos like they weren’t washed with soap. Dirty shorts were found shoved behind the chairs. The room was so humid when we went in. Would not stay there again!

I've stayed there before and the staff at the front desk were pleasant. I stayed there on April 8th, and the young kid was unpleasant, as if he was doing me a favor. He asked for a second CC which I did not have. I booked there before twice and never had this issue. He checked me in, as he was checking me in, he whispered, "I hope I don't get fired for this". Very disappointed with his remark and his power trip. I had just gotten off a long shift and had another shift to work. I was not there to destroy the room, I just wanted a few hours of rest to finish my last day at work.

It’s a nice property and the rooms are in good condition with comfortable beds, but the walls are extremely thin and we were in an adjoining room with a very noisy family… Could not get any sleep the first night and notified management of the situation, but the room was the only available.

Property was definitely newer and seemed like a rushed construction job but felt safe and quiet for the price. Perfect for a quick stopover stay. Walked out of the room and heard kids yelling next door and a tv blaring and we never heard it through the walls. A great location close to Sugar Land and Brazos Bend which is where we were headed. Morning breakfast was standard hotel free breakfast. Our tv had audio issues and had to watch on mute.

Did not like the receptionist, I booked a room for husband and children in his name and she made us cancel and made him re book a more expensive room because I was not present.
