SpringHill Suites by Marriott Austin Parmer/Tech Ridge

Was not a great stay the kid manager at the front desk was the worst manager I have ever seen at a Marriot hotel in 30 years very unprofessional. I will be reaching out to Marrriot separately

The staff that night was rude. The toilet bowl was clogged and water was overflowing and going out from the restroom, he just handed us the plunger and when I asked if they some maintenance staff he said "No". When he saw me that I was about to complain and I was carrying with an infant, he just went inside the room and did it. That was a bad experience for me and my family

The food was amazing! Rooms were clean the items in the bathroom were great! The pool was great my child loved it the gym was really good to !

Very happy with how clean the hotel was and how helpful the staff was. We had a very comfortable easy stay with 4 kids! Thank y'all

When we checked in, we were given the wrong room. They tried giving us a smaller room and said they had nothing else available. After arguing that our family would not fit in that size room and that we had already paid in advance, they were able to find a room. Water pressure was almost non existent in the shower. No spare toilet paper in our room and we found the phone in the room didn’t work when we tried calling the desk. The lady helping at breakfast was very nice and hustled each morning to keep food out.

The tv did not work in our room and there was a large whole in the wall behind the door. We reserved 2 rooms one for our selves and one for our daughter's family. We had given the motel our credit card but they would not let our daugher, with 2 small children check into their room until we arrivedb, even though they were willing to pay with their own credit card, so they had to wait for our flight to land and didnt get into there room until we arrived at 10 pm.

Checked in for a visit with family. The staff was great from start to finish! Very clean and a great breakfast every morning. The pool was maintained well and wonderful. There was a maintenance issue, but the staff jumped right on it and rectified it quickly. A lovely stay.

This place was ok, not great but not bad. We always book places with indoor pools in winter so our kids can swim. But this was the coldest pool we've ever experienced. After 30 minutes we got out and no one wanted to swim again. We always get 2 queens with the sofa bed for our littlest to sleep on. But the lay out of this room was not workable. When the sofa bad is pulled out, it connects with the tv table and then the main door and the desk and kitchen are completely inaccessible. We ended up putting the couch cushions on the floor with a sheet for my 4 year old to sleep on. The AC was RIGHT next to one bed on the furthest wall, so anyone in that bed was absolutely freezing when the air was blowing but the living room and kitchen were hot. Also the water pressure in the shower was so bad, no one wanted to shower the last 2 days of our trip. It was the lowest water pressure we've ever had in a hotel. But this place was clean and the staff were great.

Great overall place and nice choice of breakfast for my kids.

Have no complaints, the gentleman at the front desk was very nice and friendly. Gave me a choice of the floor, room was clean. Would recommend this facility to friends and family!
