I will never go to any Sleep Inn, first the lady at the front she put up a fake facade. I thought she was nice at first as long as you didn’t have issues. I was put on the first floor (terrible) right near the breakfast area. I understood that the hotel was full so I didn’t say much but then a large crew came and they were loud! The adults were just as loud as the kids, it was almost 9p. I wanted to relax and rest but with all that noise who could. They were supposedly doing homework in the breakfast area( Right). Then my son brought his game counsel, I had trouble hooking it up so I thought I get some help from the front desk that’s when I saw that the lady in the front was not nice. It was like I was bothering her. All the hotels I’ve been to are updated, unfortunately the Sleep inn is not with the times. The room is outdated as well and smelled like mold/paint. The shower head was old and the water pressure was low. I asked to check out early, which they allowed me to and they gave my deposit back but the remains money I paid for the other days they refuse to give it back to me. It’s like I paid for someone else to sleep there on my dime. Just give my money back, you couldn’t accommodate me and you couldn’t tell your guests to respect other guests and your hotel is out of date with some paint to cover it up to look new!!! I will never stay here or recommend anyone to stay here.

Left some important prescription medicine in my room . Hotel called me after I was 400 miles away and informed me that they had it . I requested they mail it to me and they said they can’t do that . Asked if a family member could pick it up , they also said they can’t allow that . I’m left without it or any option of getting it back other than making a 400 mile trip back . Do not stay here

When I was booking, I saw 4 star ratings, and was a little surprised. I'd never stayed here before, but I'm not used to seeing 4 star ratings unless it's a 4 or 5 star hotel. But surprised no longer after staying here for ten days. From the clean and professional entrance/check-in, to the clean and comfortable room and follow up linen service. It's clear the ownership is involved and it's not just someone throwing money at a hotel. I'd recommend this place to friends and family

This hotel is not family friendly. We booked a suite because on the website it states it had a king size bed and a sleeper sofa. When we got to the hotel we asked for extra linens for our daughter to sleep on. The gentleman in the back was asleep and when he came out he was very rude. He refused to give us Linebs because “it wasn’t advertised” after going back and forth for several minutes he gave us two sheets four the sleeper sofa. The bathroom was dirty and had items left behind from a previous guest. The bathtub was so slippery my daughter nearly fell in it. Over all the gentleman behind the counter was the worst part.

The staff was so helpful! Our coffee maker wouldn't work and they brought a new one within 10 minutes! We were there for a family funeral and asked about having a late check out, so we could return and change our clothes before getting on the road back to Houston. The desk clerk said she would check and let me know. She called me back to say it was ok. Everyone knew who we were when we returned from the funeral, and gave us their condolences. They were so helpful in everything we needed. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. It was about 6 months ago we were there for a family wedding. At dinner with our relatives we learned we had received the best price of anyone! We will be staying here every time we come to see our family!

The hotel was clean and the staff was amazing. They're great when it comes to hospitality. Breakfast was great....especially the waffles. I want to shout out 2 wonderful staff. MICHELLE...she checked us in and accommodated with whatever we needed. My sister has a fear of being on the elevator so Michelle switched our rooms to the first floor. And when our rooms weren't getting cold, she offered us to switch rooms which we didn't want to because of all our things and the children. So she told us maintenance would come check it out but in the mean time she gave us fans. Thanks Michelle. 2nd...LINDSAY...she was nice enough to hold our money, pay for the pizza and hold it at the front desk until we returned after making an urgent run. Then upon returning our hands were full and she carried it to our room for us. Thanks so much Lindsay. We will return to this hotel again.
