Sleep Inn & Suites Hewitt - South Waco

Check in was easy and the gal who provided help was so sweet!! The hotel room was clean and smelled clean. There was not many breakfast options however my family did not mind and their bellies were full. Check out was simple and the gentleman who helped us with that was very kind. Overall, wonderful stay, would stay here again.

It was wonderful. Close the family I visited. Breakfast was great. It was very quiet. And staff was very pleasant and friendly.

The hotel is very deceiving it’s nice on the outside and entrance. The rooms were terrible. The room smelt like wet dog. I used a bottle of febreze to help with the smell. There was very little lighting In the room. Twice the trash was not picked up. The television provider had a lot of interference and you couldn’t watch any thing without it flickering.There were 2 adults and 3 teenagers. The breakfast was ok but several times we had to get coffee juice and other foods from their pantry. If you ask the front desk for assistance, they rolled their eyes and acted like it was pain to do their job. They were to busy playing on their phones. I spoke with the Manager, he was very nice and did the best he could. The pool dirty and no towels in the pool area. The hotel was recommended by family that stayed there years ago. We were there 6 days if I could have gotten my money back I would have but it was not refundable. I wish I would have taken pictures of the room.

My family was in Waco to do a little shopping and to get away from the hustle and bustle of real life for a long weekend. We all LOVED this hotel and the area. Strongly suggest this Sleep Inn for anyone.

I stayed 2 Sept. The room rates were raised because of a Baylor football game and no discounts given, I don,t think that is right when we have been customers of yours for a few years. We have a family reunion every year at this time. This time we paid more money and the breakfast service and food was terible.
