Best Western Executive Inn & Suites

The front desk worker on 8/26 was rude, unfriendly, and showed poor communication skills. I have 3 year old twins who were excited to see their aunt who also stayed at this property. When they saw their aunt, they yelled her name, as children typically do, and the front desk worker yelled, “Keep quiet, there are other guest here who are asleep”. However, it was 5pm, day time, and we were on the way out the front door. I can understand if they were running around the hotel screaming, however, they were not. They were excited to see their aunt and yelled her name as we were leaving the hotel. This worker lacks compassion, patience, and understanding of small children. I have never had any problems at hotels we stayed at in the past! In addition, the floor in our room at a red stain, stuffy, and the toilet was dirty! The worker needs more training in customer service and we will definitely think twice before staying here in the future.

At arrival the exterior of the building was not welcoming at all. Parking are was dirty with litter and dead plants all in the landscaping. The deck clerk was not very welcoming either. She behaved in a manor that made us feel like we were a bother to her. The room was some what clean but the window blinds would not close so the bright lights beamed in our room all night. Saw a housekeeper working both days with her children with her to work. The morning desk clerk was dressed in a old pair of sweats. Totally unprofessional. No one was staffing the kitchen for the breakfast. Guest were going back into the kitchen to bring food out. The daytime desk clerk was all over the place never at the desk. For $150.00 a night I expected a little of a professional experience not a run down mom and pop operation. I will not be booking a Best Western again based on this experience.

Checked in, reservation for 1. My niece/nephew decided to stay with me. No biggie since it was two beds. Front desk lady was extremely rude about them being there and cornered me at the elevators to make a big deal about it. Go up to room, doors are SUPER thin. Like literally someone could fall into them and they’d be broke in half. Someone had their dog there and it kept barking….after 11:30pm. You cannot close curtains because it is only blinds. If you like super firm beds, then you’ll love those. Pool was closed due to Covid? Wake up to people slamming doors, dog still barking and kids running up and down the hall. All of this before 7:30am.

The website shows pool I took my grandkids and they were not happy because it didn’t have a pool and it was listed on your website as having a pool😳
