Quality Inn & Suites

There was signage all over the property that it is a non smoking establishment. Yet EVERYWHERE we went besides our room on the property smelled like someone was smoking weed. It was constant even at 5 am when we checked out of the hotel. There were also some suspicious circumstances going on in a room down the hall from us. It appeared that the room was being used to make money by "ladies of the night". People constantly in and out of the room everytime we went by. I would not recommend this hotel very thankful our kids were not with us on this trip!

Unfortunately the pool is seasonal and my kids were bummed, but we were offered a full refund if we decided to go elsewhere because of the inconvenience. The front desk ladies were SUPER nice- one of them were working through the pain of a root canal she had done yesterday. We were given directions to a nice park where we let the kids get their entergy out at. My brother is also staying at this hotel, his carpet was wet and there was a loud party next to their room and they were moved immediately without any problems. Anything we asked for was supplied- plastic forks and a couple of trashbags for dirty clothes. I would highly recommend staying here. The next time we need to stay in Groesbeck, we will be staying here. By the way Billy B's Sell Barn Cafe is the best place to eat!
