Went for a one-night stay while I was in Laredo, TX for a family event. Service was great; staff was very friendly and welcoming. Parking was a nightmare, lamp shades in the room were stained, fridge was dirty, and breakfast area was small (so we ate in our room). Cleanliness of the room was average. Overall, not bad for the price and the location, but there can be improvements made.

Thank you for the hospitality my kids and I enjoyed it we came from Monterrey because my boyfriend is starting a new job soon here in laredo tx but we wasn't sure were to stay and after looking for a Nice Hotel i found this one i will definitely recommend it to my family and friends thanks again God Bless you 😊

My wife and I came into town for a family affair, under stressful circumstances and to our surprise, from the moment the staff picked us up from the airport, we felt at ease. The place is very welcoming, clean, relaxing and the room was very large. Every staff member was amazing, friendly and helpful. Well organized hotel in every sense. Thank you La Quinta Laredo near airport!!

For having junior suite the shampoo in shower was empty. The stairwell was very dirty if you took the stairs. Breakfast was good. Room was nice.

Exceptional service! I was very happy with the check in. I requested the attendant put me and my family close to each other and she was very helpful and sweet! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean, and fancy! We enjoyed are evening in the pool which had high walls so it was shaded. That was a big plus because my children sunburn easy. It was just a great stay!

I was pleased that they were able to accomodate myself and my family on such short notice. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was very attentive to my needs and helpful. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Laredo. I would like for the facility to be able to provide me a copy of my receipt without having to go through expedia.com even though my reservation was made through them. My printer is not working and I am not able to have a hard copy of the receipt right away.
