Stay was pretty good my only issue was the noise above us it was like kids were wrestling all night and ac unit was not getting that cold so was hard to sleep cause it got hot a few times other than that people were friendly breakfast was good and it was pretty clean hotel.

Aileena at the front desk was super sweet and accommodating when we checked in. She had a wonderful personality and made my kids and I feel welcome. We will definitely be back for another stay at this La Quinta

The beds were uncomfortable to the point my fiance, her kids, and my back were hurting. The indoor pool room AC was set to 67 and the pool was freezing. We choose your hotel mainly for the pool and could not use it.

We stay at LaQuinta every time we come to Katy. I love having the mall right there and my kids love the indoor pool. The hotel is always clean and the staff is very friendly.

Choose this hotel because of indoor pool, wanted to take the kids to have fun swimming after black friday shopping, turns out water was freezing actually colder than outside imposible to get in for any children or adults.

Very nicely kept property. The room and especially bathroom were very clean. The Dove bath products were amazing coincidence as they are my wife’s personal choice for her skin and hair. The room we stayed in #133 was conveniently located near the ice machine and provided us easy access to parking and grassy area for our senior pup. Pet friendly is accurate as an amenity and we will stay again next time we visit our family in Katy, TX.

TERRIBLE !!! when we first made it to hotel the guest desk associate had a attitude. Made it to our room and it smelled like Piss . I didn’t really pay it any mind but my family was complaining, well the walls are paper thin so people were complaining of my kids playing . The from desk associate delivered the message in a nasty way and I asked for my money back!! He gave it back but everything was put on the desk . He did t even want to touch my hand. Anyways, me and my family wound up staying at the embassy suites . WAYYYY BETTER . I will never come back to this location again. I can bet you that
