SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Humble

Room was close to perfect, just needed a lil sweeping n mopping, bed was firm but gd for my back...anything i needed the GSR provided, breakfast awesome and the attendant there to give you anything extra you needed n kept area clean... lights went out 2 dif days only bcus other areas did as well bcus of storm but were back on asap they cud get them on...only inconvenience bcus i was there for work(computer needed its svc)...quiet area n side of town...conveniently right off hwy 59/69...just hop on n off n service station right beside hotel...i would definitely stay again. I love that you have a kitchenette (stove refrigerator microwave)for your own foods and a complimentary breakfast is still provided in the mornings...just awesome. Saves you time from having to stop in the mornings to get breakfast especially if you're in town with kids and or for work.

Resort is beautiful! My family and I booked this resort for 5 days and enjoyed every minute of it. The swim up suite was nice and roomy. Rooms was very clean. Yajaira was our Concierge and she was great. Everyday she had our reservations booked for the different restaurants on site. She was very friendly and she held great conversation. If the future brings us back to Punta Cana we will definitely revisit here. Thanks again for a great time!

It was CLEAN/CLEAN. (No dust bunnies in the corner clean.) Breakfast was GREAT! (They had hot/cold, dine in/to go options - including fruit, eggs w/cheese & salsa, TURKEY bacon!!) The water in the shower was nice and hot with good water pressure. Bed was firm- I slept like a baby!

Customer service was great, the room was clean and my kids enjoyed their stay so much that i had to grab food for them and bring it back instead of going out to eat

This property was exceptionally clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was a little leery about staying in a hotel that I was unfamiliar with. The standards of this hotel met, and far exceeded that of the Hilton which I had previously stayed in the last week. The complementary breakfast selection was outstanding and extremely clean, with an attendant standing nearby to help with all of your needs. I would highly recommend this for one person or a family.

Hotel is only about 1 year old. Very clean and comfortable beds. Room is in immaculate condition, so is the bathroom. Breakfast is amazing. Lots to choose from. The only thing is if you're a family of 4 with lots of luggage, room can be quite tight in space. Apart from that, all went well as expected. Great thanks to Sa and Jackie for their hospitality

I’m not sure how new the hotel was but you could still smell the new carpet smell! Check in was a breeze & the young lady was super friendly! Our room was super spacious & clean! I mean I wish every hotel was this way! The only small thing was even tho we asked for a noon check out when we started things to the car & came back (like 11:30) they had already deactivated our room keys but the kids were in the room still & was able to open the door…..aside from that a GREAT stay!

Great hotel with a convenient location. I wasnt too sure with the price being so low but when I went online and read the reviews they were all positive. They ran out of bacon for breakfast at 940. I asked the lady if they had more because my children love bacon and she went out of her way to make them more. We made sure it was all eaten and nothing left. We had a smooth and friendly hotel check in. The room was clean and nice. We went to the Houston Interactive Aquarium and it was 2 minutes away from the hotel. We Will definitely be staying here again soon when we come back that way.
