Comfort Suites Humble Houston at Beltway 8

Our room was large and comfortable. The bathroom shower stall and sink were not cleaned to my satisfaction. I wiped it down myself. The breakfast and kitchen area were excellent. We enjoyed breakfast every morning of our 4 day stay. I would stay again due to the convenience to our family.

My family needed a place to stay near the airport for one night before our flight the next day. We arrived around 11:00pm. The doors were locked when we arrived and we had to call the front desk to let them know who we were and to confirm we had a reservation. I really liked the security of that aspect. No one could enter the hotel without announcing themselves. The front desk employee was very friendly, even for that late hour! She was quick and efficient and got us checked in and to our rooms in a matter of minutes. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable! It took as little while for the water to warm up in the shower and it was only lukewarm, but definitely not a deal breaker. Breakfast came with the stay and it was a good variety … what is standard with a buffet. One thing to keep in mind: there is construction around the airport at this time. Even though this hotel is close, give yourself additional time. It moves steadily, but it does take extra time. Overall, we had an excellent stay and I would definitely stay with them again!

When booked for 4 days 3 nights. At first it seemed nice. The pool was under maintenance the entire time, we booked this hotel with thought that we would be able to use the pool. The fan continues to blow causing me to get sick… you can’t turn it off. Second the kids or someone in the room above us was so loud we couldn’t sleep. Or relax… then on top of all that there were bugs crawling on the wall and I went and told the manager . They came and moved the couch and saw them for themselves and came with a can of Bug Spray— moving couches and praying — then asked if we wanted to move to another room. This was going to be our last night… then she called our room and said she’ll give me Choice Points because of all that was bad. The only thing half way decent was the breakfast and the meat was always pork … we don’t eat pork…they should consider offering non pork products as well

My hotel stay was ok just know that if your bringing kids it’s an issue me and another family checked in around the same time and as soon as i opened the door to my room the phone was ringing. Front desk called and told me they received a noise complaint and that they had to call everyone on that floor. First of all my kids did not make any noise so that just made it uncomfortable for us to be there. I will not go back here again and i don’t recommend it if you have kids. If kids are an issue maybe you should book people with kids on the first floor!!!!

I love the fact that I didn't have no more than a 7 minutes drive to my family home where I was staying,yes I plan to come back to visit and surely this will be the place I will book my stay, thanks.

We had a very pleasant stay. Room was very spacious and comfortable. We took their free shuttle from airport to hotel and back. It was about a 15min drive. Their breakfast looked super good but we only had time to grab a few snacks for the kids before grabbing the shuttle back to airport. Definitely will stay here again for our next travel.

The best hotel that we’ve tried. Very spacious and so clean. No strange smell like other hotels. My kids love it. ☺️

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. My family and I will definitely book here in the future when visiting the area.

I was visiting with family and my grandkids stayed with me. I noticed that when we pulled out the couch bed, there was blood stains, or what looked like blood stains on the mattress cover. The Queen beds were very comfortable and the room was cooling well, but was HOT when we first got in, because AC was off, but it didn't take long to cool down. Room is a good size. The bathtub has some sort of strange stain in it, and appears that water pools in that area, as if someone had been standing in that area of the tub a lot. It was room 306. Breakfast was good, but need to get there early to get food because after 815, they only put out a few of the hot dishes and there were no eggs. On Friday morning it was piled full at 7 am. Good breakfast with waffles.

Check in was a bit of a wait but it was a family of 8 ahead of us. Getting in and out of the parking lot is hazzardous but could easily be remedied if they would open the back entrance to parking lot. Breakfast was only waffles. Halls had a horrible smell of weed. Our shower door was off the track which should have been noticable to housekeeping staff. None of the outer doors work with a key. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
