Everything was good except the shuttle we wait over an hour with 4 kids. They should tell us to grab an Uber or taxi. After that the stay was good the kids enjoy it.

I am traveling on my own i feel very safe at this hotel check in was great rooms are great after reading some reviews saying wifi didnt work i was worried as needed this to contact family .close to airport with free no fuss shuttle to and from went very smoothly will definitely stay here again when flying home

Pretty basic, no issues, safe, convenient especially when traveling with kids.

The people that cleanings is very good and nice , but the lady at the frontdesk she tell me after I check out that I can be at the lobby more than 1 hour because the new people coming front the airport need to sit down she was very rude my child was sitting and eating and she had to getout because she repit 3 times that we had to go she was cryingand I fell so bad we stay 2 nights and I can believe was happening I recoding was happening I was waiting for a friend before I go to the airport

Great place to stay staff is very friendly I am a regular customer here at this hotel very affordable for a nice big room and breakfast is wonderful my kids love it here

Worst of all, besides the front desk staff with a serious lack of customer service skills, the old model A/C was loud and then stopped working the first night. We reported it the same night and had to continue complaining several more times before we were FINALLY given a fan to help deal with the heat. It recirculated hot air so we suffered with two adults and two small children under the age of 5 (4 and almost 2) in this way for the rest of the stay, with minimal clothing as we tried to sleep. If I wasn't concerned that I wouldn't get a refund or that we'd be left without accommodations, we would have left that first night. Leaving was one of the solutions the rude hotel staff offered. I had prepaid for the stay. Next time, I won't prepay. Apparently, the owner was out of town in Dallas. It seemed like no one felt empowered to do much of anything regarding any issues encountered. Earlier in the evening of our last night, we got ahold of a second fan and were starting to feel some relief but that was short-lived!!! The front desk called shortly after to demand one of the two fans be returned because apparently, we couldn't have more than one. I'm guessing this A/C issue happens a lot thus the reason for fans on hand. That's a sign to upgrade, management!!! The front desk guy called shortly after we already spoke to follow up about me bringing the fan down which was completely unnecessary.

There was no shuttle service the day we arrived waited 2 hrs did not show up after asurrung us they were coming. Had to pay uber. No staff no coffee in the moring asked if they could put some the young girl stated there was no one to have coffee made. It was over 90 degress outside pool was green dirty kids could not go in. One room was very hot air condtioning not working. No manager or supervisor available. Worst hotel I have been in. Very dissapointing. Restroom in lobby not working. Had to go to jack in the box next door to use before room was provided. How can a hotel have no management on premised!!! Bad bad hotel.

We went for the pool had a great time met a couple of families out there doing the same enjoying the pool.

Requesting a refund! Next door is a dog shelter that lets the dogs out at 7am! My whole family was woke up and the dogs did not stop parking. I am extremely upset by this place. The chairs and couch had stains. It was absolutely horrible.

The pool was open which was a plus because my kids really wanted to swim. The room was small but clean. Overall it was a decent stay.
