The hotel in whole was very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. I had a handicap accessible room which was great. The room was big and spacious for my family member whom was in a wheelchair.

There is no camera around when they robbed my car equipment what more the polices didn’t show up 24 hours to leave behind my children and myself and tried to get report ticket. This hotel treated me well but area is bad.

After I checked in and went to the first room it smelt of old smoke and I requested another room. Second room was not any better. The room was not very clean stained walls and ceilings and broken counters. Worse part was that the toilet had not been flushed nor cleaned. I asked for it to be cleaned trying to just deal with it but as I was down stairs they had someone cursing and screaming at the front desk person which made me and my family esp my 5 yr old very uncomfortable. That was when I chose not to stay there. The front desk person and the property manager were very polite and understanding. Only good thing I can say about this place!
