Love love love the room. Very clean and spacious, more then we expected. The front desk person who checked us in was so nice and patient. Definitely recommend this location for other family and future trips.

many bugs back TV table we but baby milk container at night my wife she saw many bugs walk aroud the milk and around TV and Back Tv , and Saw a cockroach at the Bathroom night and we took many pictures and video about the terrible Hotel , so we just try one day at this hotel and we say if we feel comfortable we can stay more , unfortunately next Day we change the Hotel , it so bad night , and when we wakeup a morning a report this uncomfortable night at the front desk and i show her a pictures and videos

I made a booking through Expedia and when I arrive hotel they said they are fully booked and don’t have a room for me. It was frustrating to find out specifically when you are travelling 5 hrs away to get to hotel with your family and kids. Hotel staff was also very unprofessional and had no body to offer help. I reached out to expedia to ask for refund and when Expedia tried to reach hotel back they said they can’t refund. Very bad and unprofessional and would not recommend anyone to stay there.

I would recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. I was ao glad I bought some Clorox wipes to disinfect that room. There was poop stains on the toilet seat. I was scared to use the restroom! They also have a roach problem. Had to kill one the next morning.My kids had another room in this dump and the sofa bed sheets had pee stains on them. Who wants to sleep on that??! The hallways is super hot. Its obvious that the hotel is doing some kind renovations at this place. They need to shut it down and do the full renovation then back up. I will never stay at a Sonesta Hotel again never! Go at your own risk!

I booked three rooms here for my family on May 17. the elevator doesn't work, and the carpet smells musty. This was the worst hotel l've ever stayed at in my life, there are 1-star hotels and motels that provide much better service and quality. The worst part is the hotel management did not refund either of the $100 security deposit in three of the rooms that i booked. Totally fraudulent management, they withheld my deposit and I had to make a claim with my bank to dispute those charges. I am waiting for my refund, Please DO NOT stay in this Hotel. FRAUDULENT HOTEL!!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE! THESE PICTURES THAT IS SHOWING IS FAKE. Upon walking in, there was a kid that was checking me in at 3:40 pm. He then told us wait for 15-20 mins so around 4:10pm I came back he said the room I booked which was the suite wasn’t available he gave me 2 other options for rooms. I can’t stay at any of the other rooms because I was traveling with 4 people that’s why I booked a suite. I ask if there was a manager he said the manager doesn’t allow him to give out his number so he gave us this weird email that doesn’t work. I saw a huge ass rat scrambling across the main area i immediately ask for a refund. The air vents were black and dusty. The pool had wooden boards all boarded up. There were roaches and rats. The hotel didn’t even have a sign of their name up. Do yourself a favor and don’t book this place. Legit a scam

Nothing was unique at all, my family couldn’t have pool access, elevator access, dirty furniture in room, lack of soap/towels, lack of staffing

The elevator was out of order and I was told i should have called to check on our room and they would have told me and tried to hold a 1st floor. I have a medically dependant child and had to lug her and all of our stuff up stairs.

Every time we go there the elevator doesn’t work and we are forced to stay on a higher floor. Due to health reasons a few of my family members shouldn’t walk stairs but have to because the elevator never works. So that means we can’t go eat breakfast in the mornings because of the walking up and down two or more flight of stairs
