It was very noisy. My room was at the end of the hallway next to the stairwell. I heard the stairwell door opening and closing all night. I also could hear the guests next door in the other rooms talking. There was not extra blankets in the room and the air conditioning system was difficult to regulate. It either didn’t run or ran to the point of very uncomfortable cold room. The pillows were terrible to the point I woke up with neck pain and a migraine. The floor in the room had trash from the previous guest that housekeepers didn’t even clean vacuum. This hotel doesn’t offer complimentary Wi-Fi! I was required to pay for it. This is all unacceptable especially at the price I paid for this room. The employee's offered no solutions. I expected better customer service. I utterly regret staying at the Marriott. I only chose this hotel bc it was closer to the medical center my family was being cared for. I should have stayed at the Hilton medical center. So I ask any other travelers to please consider all the other many other hotels in this area. You will have a better stay.

My husband, baby, dog, and me stayed here the past weekend, and we throughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was so sweet very helpful. If you want a hotel that has everything you don’t have to leave to get food or coffee this is it! Very clean convenient, we will be staying here again.

Very disappointed! I booked this hotel because the temps were cool outside and they had an indoor pool….only to find out upon arrival that the pool/spa was “under renovations”. Ridiculous! Had I known, I could’ve booked somewhere else! Manipulative! Definitely ruined it for the kids! 😡

I appreciate that the Marta was directly in front of the hotel. I was here for a concert with my kids so this was extremely helpful.

Feels good to have a great place to stay while you deal with a sick family member at Houston Methodist.

I love that the MetroRail is right outside the front door that will take you downtown and to the museums. (It's a little far to walk to the museums, especially if you have a young child.) It makes for a little noise at night but still quiet for a city environment. The breakfast at the hotel is delicious and they have a kids menu. Valet parking was courteous and efficient. I like that there's a Starbucks and fast food places on the next block over where you can sit outside on the sidewalk if it's a nice day. I also like that there's a shuttle to Rice Village and any place within 2 miles but we didn't take advantage of it, so I didn't ask if they will also bring you back.

Wknd getaway with our 5 and 7 year old. Super clean. Most employees super friendly. We loved Rosie at the Main & Green for breakfast. However, valet employees weren’t overly friendly, but it was convenient. Had room w 2 double beds, bathroom pretty small for family of 4.
