Blossom Hotel Houston

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Blossom. The location was close to the stadium. It was clean, the staff were friendly. Absolutely, no complaints.

The property is located in the medical Center with easy access to any highways. It is a beautiful, small boutique hotel where the staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and clean. We appreciate it all hotel amenities. The gym provides a great workout space, and there is a laundry room available on site free for use. The food taste great and my kids enjoy going to the rooftop pool. The rooms are always immaculate and the beds are comfortable, we utilize the hotel to host our wedding guest shower or sometimes we stay just leisure/staycation

The check in process was quick and easy. All staff we interacted with were polite, helpful and professional. Our room was clean and roomy enough for our brief stay in Houston after our cruise. We didn't explore the hotel since we spent our days out visiting family, but the lobby and our room were nicely decorated. Unfortunately, I didn't sleep well because the beds were very firm. The beds in the cruise had just got off were firm, so I was looking forward to sleeping in something more comfortable. To my disappointment, the hotel beds were even firmer. Overall, we had a good stay and would consider staying at Blossom hotel when visiting Houston in the future.

Let me just start by say the hotel is AMAZING PABLO was EVEN MORE EXCEPTIONAL !!He Listen And He Concord do you hear me??? If you are celebrating a big event or even just a night out with your friends and family or whatever do it here!! They go above and beyond for all my concerns….💕 I love it here I hate to go!!

Had a wonderful stay with the family

The stay was fine. The staff are wonderful. I was not expecting to see young ladies dressed in lingerie in the lobby. There were kids there but the hotel can’t do anything about improper home training.

The giant rainfall shower won my entire family over!

2 weeks later im still fighting about the double charge they refuse to refund even after sending bank statements. Housekeeping walked in on my child changing, no Air conditioning in room, breakfast was a rip off $70 for 2 kids that tasted of fish. I want my entire emoint refunded and to never atay again. This place needs to be shut down

This is our third time to stay here and I love the hotel in general. This time, however, the valet attendants were terrible. We got free self parking as part of booking with Expedia. We pulled up in the afternoon to check in and they wouldn't let me get out to check in, they said we had to go to the parking garage and park and bring all of our stuff down to check in. They have never done this in the past, but when they found out we were self parking they would not let me get out to check in. So we had to park on the 5th floor and bring all of our stuff AND our 2 year old toddler down to even check in. There was also NO LINE and no traffic jam in the drive through area. There was no reason they could not have let me get out to even check in and unload a bag or two myself as my husband was driving and could have moved if cars were backing up behind us. I was super disappointed in their behavior and attitude. Everything else about the hotel is great but this was not acceptable.

The hotel was pretty and our room was nice. The view wasn’t the greatest. Precious at the front desk is simply AMAZING! We were there for a FB game, but we also did a baby gender reveal.We asked Precious to put the pink or blue powder in the football and she was happy to help. On top of that, she gifted us a couple of one of a kind onesies.
