Comfort Suites near Texas Medical Center - NRG Stadium

We were there for my husband to have lasik. The hotel was convenient. I don’t care to drive much in Houston so the fact there were food places in walking distance was a plus. After his surgery I was able to get us food. Our room was right by the pool and there were some kids screaming pretty rediculously. Not the hotels fault but there are a lot of surgery/cancer patients at this hotel. Parents should be sure their children are aware and have more respect to not be screaming like that. The eggs at breakfast were not very good. No flavor. So that was disappointing. Other than that, the stay was good. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean. We would definitely stay there again.

This property did not have maintenance staff available which was problematic upon learning the tub faucet was only producing scalding hot water, no cold water. Was just about to place my 1 year old in when this was realized. The front desk suggested I utilize the bathroom sink for bathing of myself and my three children. Unacceptable!

Great room service . The breakfast was good but the eggs and meat was not cooked very well. Very nice location and overall I would recommend to friends and family.

This hotel is close to family I was visiting and is easy to access the medical area.

Me, my aunt, uncle and god child enjoyed the quite and comfort of our room and area the hotel was located in just a short walk from from the NRG stadium and convention center where Animeverse was held. Bonus it’s conveniently located in the same block as many restaurants and less than 5mins away from a fiesta grocery and Kroger so we got some of our necessities when we arrived and came back to our room in about a half hours time

It was a great place to stay as a family of three. Very clean, spacious and excellent service.

Hotel is very clean and it smells very nice. Staff is polite. You feel safe. The only bad experience is 2 nights in a row you could hear a baby next door that cried so much and we couldn't sleep. I had to wake up very early for Doctors appointments and woke up with headache, very tired and sleepy.

The room was very clean and spacious. It even had a separate office section, so I could work at night and not disturb my husband. There were many patients of MD Anderson and their families so they were wearing masks to be safe. It was a very nice environment, close to stores and museums.

I loved that the bathroom was larger than most hotel bathroom and a lot of restaurants in walking distance. The room was nice quite and clean. Overall stay excellent I would definitely call me back again and recommend to family and friends.
