It was very clean and very welcoming. We got 2 rooms for our family trip and they were very clean and spacious. Breakfast wasn’t all that but we don’t stay at hotels for breakfast we like to eat out. Over all a very nice spot by airport and we didn’t not hear 1 airplane. We will be coming back to stay

Good point: The hotel was clean and the room was very nice. The area was very convenient for getting out of town and going to the beach. Bad point: Bathtub was clogged for 3 days and kept asking for it to be unclogged and it never happened. If you are expecting a good breakfast, think again. Highly disappointed! If you like juice from a kids box or cereal then your good. The only way things got refilled was if you asked the front desk because no one else dealt with the breakfast area. Frequently had no food, coffee, milk or juice. One should just plan on going out to eat if looking to get somewhat full. House keeping isnt very good either because unless you ask to have your room cleaned, they wont do it and if they do show up, its to just grab the trash and nothing else. Overall I liked the safety and cleanliness of the hotel, but the management needs a good class on keeping guest happy and not taking shortcuts to save money and hire as few employees as possible.

The manager was horrible. Over charging for rooms and harassing me and my family after I reported that he was charging nearly $70 extra on room for 1 night. Receptionist Nikki was great!!

The check in desk lady was so friendly and kind. I was early, but she found a room for me, 105 and got me settled in quickly. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. If cleanliness matters to you as it does to me, this is the hotel for you and your family. It was spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable as if it were new. The lobby, dinning room, hallways and room were impeccably clean. The room had a big bathroom, a neat and tidy “kitchen” area, a living room area and a big, comfortable bed. I could have stayed there for weeks and been perfectly comfortable. It was really more of a studio apartment than a hotel room. The “kitchen” area had a small refrigerator, microwave, counter space and a coffee pot. There was even plenty of room to store non-perishable items. There was even an ironing board and iron. So comfortable! As I said, the lady at the checking counter was so friendly. She offered suggestions such as traveling by Uber to my next destination, which was fast, efficient and easy. She told me about the continental breakfast from 6:00-9:00 AM. There is even a small “store” in the lobby for convenience type of items. All around, this is probably Houston’s best kept secret as far as hotels are concerned. Don’t miss out on this gem when you or you family are in town. I look forward to staying there again in the future.

Gentleman at check in was super polite. Room was very clean! Beds were comfy. Rooms are very spacious! Lots of room for a family of four if needed for an early flight out of Hobby! I was very pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness. Parking is easy and close to enterance. I get very safe. Took 2 min to drive to the parking spot for airport!

Do not stay here. I stayed at quality suites inn on 1/28/23 and 1/29/23. When I checked in the hotel, the staff member who checked me in asked for my id during the check in process. When I left my hotel room to visit family; the hotel staff gave a random person a key card to get into my room and they did not ask them for an ID card to confirm their identity, which would of told them person was not me. This enabled the random person to steal my belongings. Again the hotel staff gave a random person a key card to my room , did not ask them for an ID card enabling them to steal my belongings. Do not stay here this hotel will help people steal your belongings.
