Cindy at the front desk was amazingly accommodating and helpful. It’s in a ver convenient location. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Really nice breakfast that kept the whole family happy. The room was clean and comfy.

Staff was very nice, and helpful when I had questions. Everything was very clean. Room amenities are a little worn, but very comfortable. Had some loud families as neighbors, but overall it was an excellent experience. Would recommend as a great value for the price!

Had booked this hotel for a family trip based on rating provided by Expedia. This was marked as wonderful with great condition pictures on Expedia website which was no match with reality. Condition of the room was disappointing, furniture was very old and bed sheets had spots. Pool water was very dirty too. Overall it was a very disappointing experience. Expedia should validate information provided before Posting details.

Staff was top notch! Very friendly and welcoming. I asked for to go bags for my children for the next morning, who had an early flight, and they packed them full of delicious breakfast items for them. Also, we didn’t have shampoo in our room and the front desk hooked us with some and extra conditioner. We would definitely stay there again and will recommend this hotel to others. Thank you for a great stay!

The area was quiet and the front desk clerk was nice. My room was spacious and clean and a shuttle picked me up from the airport. I decided to check out a day early and couldn’t get a refund but I understood it was because I booked through a 3rd party so I still have no complaints because I truly wanted to stay I just chose to stay with family my last night in Houston.

The front desk person advised us that they only had one room available (we reserved two), and we needed to give her $50 to check in early to the one. She was very brusque and expected our 4 small children to wait out in the heat with a “ not my problem attitude “. Once in our room, it was obvious the shower had not been cleaned and had black mold in the corners. However, Martin the shuttle driver was amazing and welcoming. He’s the only reason I’m not giving less stars.

We stayed in this place for our family trip to Houston. This hotel has good amenities and the location was great! The breakfast was delicious too! I'll highly recommend this hotel to all travelers.
