Hampton Inn & Suites Houston North IAH

Terrible, we arrive to the hotel, the room I reserved was a 2 double beds for 2 adults and 2 kids, they tell me that room is not available, they give me a room with 1 King bed with a sofa bed, the sofa bed TERRIBLE!!! I call and ask for 2 pillows, after 2 hours nothing, I came down to the front desk, and they said that they don’t have pillows, the front desk agent ask for time to check if pillows were available from other rooms. Terrible

We booked this hotel last minute due to Hurricane Beryl. When we arrived for check in, their systems were down, WiFi wasn’t working, phone and tv weren’t working, and I’m assuming they weren’t offering breakfast either since no one mentioned it. The computer systems and WiFi being down were understandable and out of their control due to the storm but I really wish they would have made it known that the elevators were also broken prior to running my card. I had plenty of bags with me along with a small child. When I realized the elevator wasn’t running, I asked them at the front desk and their response was “oh we probably should have mentioned that.” I would have loved to have known ahead of time so I could make an informed decision on whether to stay or not BEFORE they charged my card! For $250/night, I had to carry everything up four flights of stairs and have 0 amenities. When I mentioned a discount to the manager he suggested that I could give up my room to someone else. I know that a lot was going on beyond anyone’s control but the rate should have been HEAVILY discounted based on the lack of WiFi, phone/tv service and mostly the broken elevator. Very dissatisfied with the service. Who can I speak with about a partial refund??

My family and I had a great time and breakfast on site was super convenient when feeding 3 boys

I booked a room with two double beds non-smoking. When I walked in the hotel room, there was carpet squares, coming up and cigarette burns in the carpet not the place for my children to be playing on the floor. Then they tell me no other rooms available

Enjoyed the stay, came to visit family. Room was clean, we weren't bothered at all, and it was quiet, not a bunch of noise from other people. Did not request service, but pretty much just showered and sleep here, so didn't need cleaning service.

The Staff was great! Especially Shandrell (Drell) she was so pleasant and accommodating to my family's needs.
