Four Points by Sheraton Houston Intercontinental Airport

Tye was the best front desk staff he was very pleasant and patient he answered all my questions he went above and beyond to make sure we was comfortable during our stay I would recommend all my friends and family to stay here doing there stay to Houston

I had a very quiet and cozy 5 nights in the King size room. The staff maintain their best to keep the hotel in great shape. Not one complaint about this hotel. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you very much!

The room was great. The front desk was courteous. My only complaint was the waiter in the restaurant. After our uncle's funeral, nine of my family gathered in the hotel bar/dining area. After the day we had, we needed good service with a smile. We received someone who appeared bothered by our presence and didn't want to be there. He was not friendly at all. The bill was wrong, and when my sister went to pay it. He added an additional entree to the ticket. He was slow with drinks, and we had to ask for water. He didn't ask us if we needed anything else after serving us. We flagged him down a couple of times for water. There were no onions or pickles on our burger. There were no buffalo wings or mac and cheese. The burger was good, but the service was mediocre. I would not eat there again or recommend the hotel restaurant.

At 2 am front desk get into room without notifying or knocking the door. My wife and infant shocked and could not wake up. I went out the room to understand situation. The guy said he is front desk and was checking alarm. It was so terrible experience and never had this kind of moment before. We pay this facility to respect your privacy and quietness. While we was sleeping they suddenly can get your room and shock you.

The hotel is nice butbthe road to get there needs some TLC. The pillows in the hotel were fluffy until tou lay down, then its super flat and uncomfortable. We stayed for 5 nights and if I didn't ask for my room to be clean, they probably wouldn't have come. On our first day, we had to ask for towels and soap. We only had two towls for a family of 5 with no soap. My children didn't like the indoor pool, they said it was super cold and the room echo badly. No breakfast and no laundry. The staff was great though.

It was a pleasant stay and good for families. Pool is awesome.
