We didn’t even stay it was so disgusting. Called all day trying to confirm electricity due to the hurricane without answer. Pulled up to many abandoned Walmart carts all around. A hair piece laying in the drive, opened bag of charcoal under front bench with an opened box of zig zags sitting on the bench. Baby pacifier laying in middle of lobby with a kid running around & a man laid out on the couch. The lobby was so dirty- stained rugs and furniture- I was scared to even see a room. Trash in the hallways and people BBQing outside the back door. Seemed like a party place where people lived rather than a hotel. Smelled like weed. How this place has 8.2 rating makes me never want to use Expedia again.

If you have kids Dont stay here- the back door was broken so anyone could come in without a key. The door was literally hanging on the hinge and was open- no one tried to secure it and people were coming in and out of it. No security. Smelled like smoke, had containers of urine outside of hotel, the fitness room was a mess when we went the door was propped open with a 30 pound weight and 2 small toddlers were playing around without an adult and trash everywhere. People walking barefoot at breakfast food line area. People smoking cigarettes sitting in chairs where the sliding doors in the front open- including staff. We ordered Uber eats and uber driver was scared to get out of the car.

The lady told me I could check in when I got there at 3:30am then when I actually got there from driving 8 hours the guy said no even when I paid for my reservation 3 days in advance. So me and my 4 kids had to sleep in our car for 6 hours then when we finally got our hotel room the room I rented wasn’t working so they switched out rooms and the sink didn’t work! Never again staying! Then when I went to go take my kids swimming they had adults drinking outside throwing trash everywhere and kids running around naked

When we got there the lobby was really hot. Had to ask for more towels as the room only has 2 and there was 4 of us in the room. Breakfast was okay but took it to the room despite a sign saying not to since lobby was really hot. Pool was dirty, water was very warm. Housekeeping only cleans at the end of your stay, we stayed for 3 nights and had to ask for someone to come in to take out the trash, replace the towels but no one came. The front desk staff gave us trash bags and towels, had to take it out myself since housekeeping never went even though we requested. We were a family of 4, kid friendly. You get what you pay for.
