No hot water available in room. Notified front desk and was instructed to turn the water on in both the sink and shower at the same time while showering in order to get hot water for shower. Large party at pool (including grilling out) allowing no room for other guests. Guest children running up and down halls above room playing past midnight. Laundry room only had 2 washing machines and 1 dryer working with "Out of Order" sign on remaining washer and 2 dryers. Although the rooms were nice and the overall facility was clean, the cost was on the higher end compared other places therefore expected a little better experience.

Room was clean and you could tell by the products in the bathroom that they were trying to be eco-friendly. There’s loads of kids there for tournaments and staff remained friendly. Breakfast buffet was great and always well stocked.

Clean well kept property. However only 1 elevator in service which management allowed a group of teens to play on all night. Assume because they were black. Also allowed the same kids to run the halls making loud noise into the morning hours. No employees at the front desk to complain too and would not answer repeated calls to guest services.
