We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as it was a perfect hotel for a long stay. The kitchen was exactly what I was looking for to store our snacks and drinks in the fridge. The king bed was comfortable and the separate living room was perfect for privacy when I needed to work away from vacation. My family and I weren’t happy with the key card issue as we couldn’t use any outside door with our key card to get in. The bathroom also needs some deep cleaning in the toilet and shower area. I think they were renovating the room above us so it was quite disturbing in the early morning hours as well as the loud family across the hallway. Other than that we were happy with our stay.

Nice area of town, easy to get around. Hotel was good, but cleanliness could be better. Hair in the shower, mold in the coffee maker, worn areas in carpet and walls, trash under couch. The locked side door of hotel did not close completely. No maid service, had to request trash pick up. Staff was friendly and common areas clean. The kids would not eat the breakfast, said unappetizing.

Unclean. Pet hair everywhere. I have nothing against the fur babies but, the room should have been cleaned. Urine was on the couch. Nor could they accommodate me with another room. Was supposedly reimbursed but got charged anyways.

We have a family of six and this was my kids favorite hotel we’ve stayed in. They asked that we continue to stay every time we visit Fort Worth!

Super comfy king-bed suite. Nicely appointed, comfy bed, excellent shower. Great space to have some family over to visit & catch up! Will definitely stay there again!

My room was 86 degrees upon entering the room. We had to leave for 2 1/2 hours while the room cooled down. The second night was worse with the ac unit beeping and slowing the room got hot again. I was put in a handicapped room for whatever reason. The room I reserved for my family was nice, clean and the ac worked. My family wanted to go back to the swimming pool just shortly after check out but some man at the front desk said no. You’d think with the prices I paid and the crappy room I had....swimming in the pool would be a small approval on their part. I’m not interested in staying at this hotel. I regret putting any money in this hotel over the years.

Stayed for two nights in a king suite which was perfect for a family of 3. Great location. Breakfast hours were a little short ended at 9a. The pool felt as if it is offsite - No access to pool through the building you have to exit towards the back and enter through the parking lot which was a little awkward.
