Hyatt Place Fort Worth/Hurst

Staff was very nice and informative at check in. Our room was big enough for our family of 6. Elevator was lagging a bit, waiting in a elevator with no ac in Texas summer time can get uncomfortable.

We stayed at the hotel with kids for 3 nights. The breakfast experience was terrible. The first morning scrambled eggs and sausages were burnt and blackened. No jam or nut butter were available. Cream cheese and butter cans (one each to share with all guests) were available on first day but no cream cheese on second day. There was a bowl of what looked liked thawed and previously canned fruit mix that was even disgusting to look at. Bananas were available on first day and no fresh fruits were available for rest of the breakfasts. There were no utensils available and had to ask front desk to bring them. Only one side of the toaster oven was working. Room toilet was not flushing properly. The card reader at the swimming pool didn't work and we had to go out and come back from the front desk while wearing swimming clothes. Generally a run down property. This is the first time we had such a bad experience at Hyatt. It seems the staff and management are not trying. Will not stay there again.

We had an excellent stay. the hotel is clean and comfortable, breakfast was pretty good. We didn't know there was no bathtub, just a stand up shower. Not a big deal, but made it hard to give our toddler a wash.

Gary at night was above and beyond great but he's limited being one person. Lots of kids running the hallways late at night and bummed the pool was closed.

Our stay was amazing. Big comfortable room for family of 5 adults. Sofa was sectional, large and soft.

Arrived on Sunday June 5th for a 4 night stay . upon after arrival un packed the family , went to dinner settled in and was gonna shower for the night and the " shower did not work " had to call frt. desk and they came to check it out and stated i had to be moved to a different room , so had to re-pack the family at 11:30pm and move rooms so we could shower . June 6th after i returned from work and took family to dinner , headed back up to our room and got stuck on the elevator for 30min. with 2 young kids freaking out !!!! was not happy at this point but i had already booked a 4 night stay .. very unsatisfied

We had an amazing experience during our stay. I like that they were super neat and this made it conducive for my baby. The client service was top notch. I'll definitely use this hotel if I visit again.

Rooms were too small. Small restroom, closet and beds had limited space and size. AC didn't have a comfortable setting. There was white dog hair all over the place on the carpet and bed. This wasn't suitable for a family of 5. Maybe for a family of 4 with young children. Overly priced too.

Staff was friendly at check in!! Gave me details of property, and room was very accommodating for my family.
