Home2 Suites by Hilton Bedford DFW West, TX

We love this line of hotels and this one met our expectations. Traveled with kids and was spacious enough for all of us with a full kitchen. Super clean and staff was friendly! Already booking again!

Always smells great! Was clean and great location. Only complaint was a child running up and down the halls screaming at 8am Sunday.

The staff that checked us in on Friday the 4th, was beyond helpful. She provided us with any and all info about the hotel and amenities. The room accommodations were perfect! Everything was great, except, we were never (and we stayed 2 nights) had room service come change/make bedding/towels kitchen aid etc…. And the staff the next day (Saturday) specifically the morning, there were 2 kids a girl and a boy (the boy we later saw working the breakfast) were hanging out at the front desk not helpful at all. They were not “familiar “ with the area!?!? Because they “didn’t live there near the hotel” What!?!? “You are a hotel employee who is suppose to offer additional info about the surrounding area to tourists/guests…” and were really confused when asked any other questions pertaining to hotel etc… other than that it was great!!! We loved it! If maybe more informative front desk clerks were there round the clock, this might become our regularly bi-monthly hotel.

Great place and great spacious room. Being a family of 5, it is hard to find a room sometimes. Breakfast was good and place was clean and convenient. Only bummer was the pool closed at 9 but the pool was nice.

This stay was pleasant and comfortable. My family and I enjoyed this hotel. It is very quiet even being next to a busy highway.

Was perfect for our holiday with family. Quiet place to sleep, comfy beds, easy checkin.

The price was right. The breakfast could have been better. Is this what Hilton is doing now? Premade, prepackaged breakfast sandwiches and chocolate doughnuts? My kids loved it, anyway. The coffee was good. The door to our room was a little off. I really had to slam it to get the latch to engage (Room 310), and for some reason the front desk clerk had trouble understanding my description of the problem.

In town for the game, suit was perfect for mother in law and toddler that stayed behind

I always try to stay at a home2suites whenever our family travels. We always have a great stay and great breakfast. Great for families.
