Comfort Suites El Paso Airport

Prior to booking, I called the hotel and Asked about the procedure for airport pick up. I was informed to call the hotel when my plane landed and they would come pick me up. I was also told pick up is 24/7. This is not what happened. My plane landed at 11:30 pm. I called the comfort Inn and suites at the El Paso airport and no one answered the phone. I called Hotels.com and they could not get a hold of the hotel nor could they do anything for me. Everything turned out OK because I did have my car at the airport, airport staff made sure I got to my car safely, and I could drive myself to the hotel. When I got to the hotel lobby it was empty and I had to call out for assistance. I had chosen to spend the money for a hotel with airport pick up so that I, as a single woman, did not have to go to the empty long term parking lot at the El Paso airport in the middle of the night by myself to pick up my car. My story could’ve ended very differently if I didn’t have my car at the airport, if airport staff had not waited for me to get to my car, or I had young children with me. I felt stranded, helpless, and frustrated. I will not book this hotel again, nor will I use Hotel.com.

Loved it for the price and very family friendly. Definitely would go back.

We had to wait 40 min for the shuttle and it turns out the hotel was a short walk from the airport. It was after midnight when we arrived so there was no busyness going on. We were shared that we would have a pack ‘n play available for infant and when we got there there was none available.

Convenient hotel located next to the airport. They upgraded our room to a two bedroom suite as they were out of two bed rooms. It was nice to put the kids in their own room!

The type of room we stayed was good for a family with a child

On a road trip after Christmas to meet up with family in Phoenix. Traveling with a disabled sister and brother. They gave us a nice large accessible room. Plenty of sleeping space for my husband and I, as well as beds for my sister and brother. Clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast included. Good location, in a nice area near the airport, for a great rate. Also pet friendly. Would highly recommend!

Was close to the children's hospital,what I didn't like was the breakfast, there was none. Supposed to have a continental breakfast and it was very minimal.

I did not like the fact that a pornography was playing on one of the tv channels. Was scrolling through and came across it and it disgusts me that that kind of “entertainment” would be available to anyone including children staying at the hotel.

How do you not have WiFi that works? After swimming all day my kids wanted to get on their iPads and play. But the WiFi was absolutely atrocious. Called the front desk to ask what was going and she tells me, they have terrible WiFi? So you know there’s a problem, but management doesn’t do anything to fix it? Makes sense

Lady at front desk was patient and professional. She went above and beyond to accommodate my family and I during check in. The room was spotless and the beds comfortable.
