TownePlace Suites El Paso Airport

We arrived after 11 pm on a Thursday night. We got checked in fairly quickly. Went up to our room, and it was one king bed. I booked a 2 queen suite with fold out couch as we had our 3 kids with us. Went back down to the front desk, and she said sorry, they had no rooms like that available. We had already prepaid, they would not refund and it was so late we couldn't go anywhere else. The next day we were given the correct room, but never refunded for the first night, and half my family had to sleep on the floor. Not what I would expect for a hotel that we paid $140 a night for, and even worse they wouldn't refund our first night. Now I am stuck disputing with our credit card company for the first night. IF the room mess up wouldn't have happened it really is a nice hotel, good location, and everything else was fine.

My husband daughter and myself were in El Paso for a family reunion, meeting my husband's family for the first time. I had never been to El Paso so I was not certain of what to expect. This hotel was very inviting very accommodating and had a relaxed feeling. I was very comfortable with our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel, and would definitely book a stay again.

My friend and I stayed here as a before the baby came, It was very nice and the tub was great to :). Will be staying here again for another girls night!!

Had to come into town due to death in the family. Usually stay at another facility but was not impressed with last stay. Read reviews on Towneplace and decided to try it. Staff was very friendly and rooms were nice. Full kitchen in room is a plus. Plenty of room for 3. Thanks for a good experience. Will stay there again.

My family and I stayed for 3 nights during the week of Thanksgiving and the room and hotel suited us very well.
