I booked this hotel for my family due to having neck surgery while in El Paso. Very spacious and just what we needed. Looking forward to our next visit there.

Husband and I enjoyed the stay.. easy check in, didn’t have time for breakfast but saw where they sold alcohol which is a plus in my book! Definitely book here again with or with kids

Very comfortable and convenient! For my families one day trip, we were able to be comfortable and feel like we were home. Chase Hotel is very affordable, staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they made transportation very convenient and easy! Also, the travel time for the shuttle to Airport and vice versa is less 10 minutes.

We only had service for one of the days we stayed since we didn't request it afterwards. It was Mother's day. Place was clean and spacy. The front desk people were nice. We were not there much of the time in our room since we were visiting family

My family and I always stay here the night before our flights out on vacation. The suite is always clean and always spacious. We definitely recommend to anybody wanting a comfortable place to stay..
