The facilities and location are very good, but it was the hospitality of the staff that made this am excellent experience on our family trip.

9:40am Sunday morning— Breakfast should be served until 10 am yet absolutely no eggs, bacon/sausage/potatoes. Completely gone yet there are still a number of hotel guests AND NO COFFEE. Yet at 10am two employees magically start putting things away. There was only juice and cereal for the kids. Holiday Inn needs to do a my much better job especially on Sunday Morning. No Coffee— C’mon!!

The pool was great, we had it to ourselves most of the time! The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly. My kids want to stay there every time we come to Del Rio!
