First of all I want to say that Manuel the server during breakfast was a very nice man he was very helpful and always willing to help. The other staff well they always had an excuse for everything that went wrong first no Wi-Fi in the room, you had to stand right next to the front desk to get a good signal and I complained three times and ask them to check it. When we arrived Sunday at 2:00 AM the reception said that we could have family come and enjoy the swimming pool with us if we paid a fee, when I went to confirm the next day in the morning with the day shift they said no this is not possible. There was no pressure in the water it was cold water in the morning. and then Both rooms next to us at 4:00 AM you could hear them having sex, which that is not good when you have children with you. The pool area was nice but we were not allowed to use it because they chose to put chemicals in it during the day. The hlotel was run down in some parts, the breakfast are was very hot, AC was on but it was not helping. The majority of a hotel was pretty much need some repairs in our room when we walked in it smelled clean and then when we went into the shower there was fake nails on the floor in the shower which did not belong to us and there were hairs in the bathroom. I chose this 3 star hotel because of high good reviews. We will not be using this hotel again. They need to work on communication and repairs and add to their web site, of day of no use of pool.

Many different families stayed here for a wedding. We were all very pleased from check in to check out. The only thing that was a bit awkward, was during breakfast. The older gentleman taking our orders was not very pleasant and was not very happy whenever we asked him a question. He had this smirk on his face. For an example we didn't order our juice at the same moment we chose our food and he shook his head and mumbled something and then went on to say we should have ordered it at time of food order, etc. We checked in a Friday and out on Sun. My husband tipped him the first day we had breakfast and then on the following day he had this attitude. Others mentioned he was like this since our first day, but we didn't notice it until the 2nd day. But then again on Sunday, the breakfast area was full/hotel was full. If his attitude was due to being busy, I think the hotel should've supplied extra help in the kitchen/restaurant area since they knew they were full. 2nd day, two of the families waited a 1/2 for their order to be taken then another 40 minutes to get their food. There was only 2 waiters. I certainly believe the older gentleman ignore those 2 tables, until the younger waiter took the order. Again, hotel knew they were full, so the "blame" or responsibility doesn't not fall only on the waiters.
