Hampton Inn by Hilton Eagle Pass

We had a great stay! The night receptionist was kind to my child and made his stay memorable.

My family and grandkids enjoy the pool very much, I loved the breakfast.

I'm very disappointed with our stay, because the reservation came from a third party (Expedia) as they said we didn't get the room with two queens as requested, which I would have been ok with. We got "up-graded" to a suite, sure we got a king size bed, but had 2 grown up people sleep on a pull-out sofa bed not the most comfortable thing. Room looked big mostly because the lack of furniture. For such high price not worth the stay. I expected the Hilton band family of hotels to be in a higher level. I feel bad that I spent my hard earned money even Expedia point to stay in this sub-par motel.

It was a nice hotel, very roomy for a big family. The guy in the front desk was very polite and helpful. Check in was at 3pm but we got our room at 1:30pm. Overall the experience was nice.
