VERY noisey! Dogs barking, kids screaming, and running in the hallway. Adults having loud conversations outside of my door. Probably wont stay here again!

The kids were a little disappointed that the pool was outside. I should have checked that before making the reservation. The hotel is great otherwise. Our keys didn't work on the outside door on one end, so we started parking at the other end. We would stay again if we are there when it is warm enough to swim outside.

It was a nice stay we drove from Houston to Dallas to visit my wife family that weekend we were the first to show up and my wife like the hotel. Good breakfast.

Do not stay here. They canceled my booking without notifying me. I show up at 11pm with my family ready to retire for the night only to then find out they canceled my booking stating my card wasn’t approved. Why are you even charging my card prior to me checking in? They never called me to notify me of this or give me an opportunity to put down another card. I would’ve went somewhere else and not done business with them however it was 11pm and I had no idea about the area I was in. I got the last room available that night. Seems to me they run “pre-authorizations” on cards in order to cancel reservations and quickly rebook the rooms. I’ve never had this happen before. As far as the room it was ok. We literally only stayed for 12 hours. It seemed clean but I still wiped & disinfected highly touched surfaces and beds.
