It was ok Smelled ok Maintenance is slacking Big burn hole in carpet Broken tiles in the shower Lots of kids there for some reason Running making noise Overall not terrible

Everything was amazing except for my floor smelling like weed when I got off the elevator with my kids the staff was nice and accommodating.

My room had holes in the wall and a cracked mirror and stains in the carpets . Very unprofessional staff members. I really need a refund. My family stays here and the church comes here too. Very disappointed

The night check in lady was so nice and friendly. Room was clean and new, my daughter said that the bed felt like falling into a fluffy cloud! The only negative for us was that our room was on the 3rd floor and the people above us sounded like they were participating in a track and field event all night with multiple children all night. The coach had a nasty looking stain on it Breakfast was okay, nothing to write home about

Had a family emergency that I had to check out early and felt that I could've received consideration for receiving credit. Didn't appreciate being treated like someone who wasn't along time customer. Won't be staying at this place anymore.

This was a business trip so i was in my room only to sleep and do reports. I was out each morning at 4am. The location is perfect. Close to the main road and near places to eat as well. The room was clean but the furniture needed to be cleaned. The sofa looked like it had seen too many spills. The desk chair needdd to be replaced the back was broken but it could still be used. There is no table other than the desk so if you going to have to eat in the room be prepared. The tables in the lobby downstairs have the lights off so cant use those. They are for breakfast only. The walls are thin. I could hear TV's and conversations. I was ready and had ear plugs but if your thinking it is going to be super quiet. This wont be the case. No one was purposefully being loud, it is just the way it is. I had little interaction with the staff but when I did they were friendly and helpful. This is a good place to stay. I saw a lot of families and sports teams and the hotel seemed to.handle them well.

Whole place smelled of weed( inside and outside), then when the front desk showed up (they had stepped away from the desk), we finally were able to check in but once we got to our room. Lets just say the blood splattered on the wall and lamp shade amoung other things made us grab our kids and belongings and head for the car. When I told the front desk about it she was completely shocked. Then she tried to give us another room which felt like a sauna cause the a/c didnt work. I ended up canceling with them and heading to another hotel which was 100% better. Skip this place if you can.
