The hotel is suitable for families, but there were disruptive noises from children running and playing, which bothered other guests. Even after being relocated to a different room, the noise persisted from children in the room above. While the rooms are generally rated a 5, the lack of proper cleaning and dusting is becoming an issue. The phones, tables, and lamps are not wiped daily, and there is dust accumulating in various areas, such as under the sink where towels are kept. This feedback is a warning to management that if cleanliness standards are not improved, the hotel's reputation may suffer.

This hotel was just average..nothing really special but the decor in the bedrooms but that was not really functional. No table or movable chairs to sit and eat in the rooms. The beds were not the most comfortable but if you wore yourself out during the day, it wouldn't matter. The spa/pool is only big enough for about 6 people to sit, no swimming!! 😒, nor was the actual spa (doubles as a pool) was hot..jets were good and strong on one side of the spool ( spa/pool). I had to leave that area because a kid was trying to swim, after another set of boys got out there were playing around but splashing water on me, I also told them there was an active wasps net over the spool in the wooden wall that separated the outside/Parking lot from the spool..really disappointed about this area of the hotel. The walls a paper thin, floors too.. everything they did on the floor/room above was heard, ppl two doors had boys and we could hear them playing...which is normal for kids to do, just didn't need to hear it.. and the breakfast was extremely limited. I'm not a hugh breakfast person but what I do get, when I do get it, I would love for it to taste good and have more than one or two items I can eat. Please read what they have on your room card regarding Breakfast times and Housekeeping services..!!

We were moved from the Glo Best Western to Comfort Suites due to you guys over selling the hotels. Best Western explained to us that we would have to stay at Comfort Suites because even though I got confirmation for my stay Expedia over sold the hotels. We went up there for a tournament and we’re forced to stay away from the team that I coach. The service at Comfort Suites was terrible, we repeatedly asked for extra blankets for the pull out couch and 3 times they said they were doing laundry so our kids slept with only sheets. We stayed for 2 days and the housekeepers never came and cleaned the room. We have a 3 year old that’s still in diapers and we’re forced to keep dirty diapers in the room for 2 days and there was no trash can on the 4th floor only the small ones they keep in the room. The breakfast was bad the the pool was closed. I’ve been an Expedia customer for over 10 years and it was the worst hotel stay we’ve ever had.

The staff are welcoming and they make sure all your needs are met. I had been here over a month in a half until my house get finished. They make me feel like family and thats what I love about staying here. The breakfast is always hot and you have plenty of things to choose from. Gloria and Ashley I can say a lot about these two. Just know that you are picking a great hotel to stay at.

I stayed here for the thanksgiving holiday while visiting family in the Dallas area. The hotel was decent. Nothing fancy. I did appreciate, that the staff being accommodating, with my first room did not make my standard. The chair was filthy, and the TV didn’t work. They quickly moved me to a new room. The new room didn’t have a security latch and the door struggled to close. (Maybe it was all connected) I didn’t want to complain anymore, so I just made it work. The free breakfast was above average they offer in the morning. Fresh coffee, waffles, and other hot options to choose from.

There was a foul order, sewage smell the entire stay. My grandchildren have been throwing up every since our stay. They started throwing up Saturday night and haven’t stopped.

I selected the property based on the convenience to my family. I was greeted by a very nice young man that was professional and had a great smile. That's the only good thing about the stay. The room was good, however, the bathroom had strands of hair on the floor and all over the shower. I went out and brought cleaning supplies to clean it. When we took a shower, the water leaking out. I advised the person at the front desk (whom was on a personal call and ignored me for 5 minutes) she stated the maintenance guy was backlogged on repairs, but she would document it for him. The elevator had trash on the floor and the hallways ALWAYS smelled of marijuana. Needless to say, I won't be back and the reviews you see are ABSOLUTELY correct.

The room was clean, the staff was amazing, breakfast was wonderful, the spa tub was super relaxing, best hotel i have stayed in. Me and my family had an amazing time!

When I booked they gave the option to pay at hotel which I chose then they charge me 2 he before even arriving and charged a security deposit which isn’t mentioned at all. The room I was given for my family was sticky floor and beg bugs which is very disturbing. Had to wait 20 minutes for another room

The staff was very friendly A+, but the room was kids type clean but not adult professional clean. Gnats and bugs were flying in the room and dead in the windows. The bedding was wrinkle as hell just didn’t even take pictures I was so over it. this rating from me is low only because 125+ a night it should have been a little been more presentable. The blankets were thin like baby receiving blankets and the sink water was ice cold hot wasn’t an option. To use a warm face towel had to turn the shower on. The decor is nice but the price is too high for the bedding provided. Had to use a real blanket from my mom’s home if not using the two blankets from the double bed that was in the room. Elevators reeked of weed and barely worked and hallways had an old musky smell. I would stay again but maybe another location and see how their rooms are.
