The hotel was very dirty, for it to a suite, I thought it would be accommodating but, was very dissatisfied. Couldn’t get my rooms clean, they said it was because of Covid, but I have stayed in several hotel’s there in Dallas since Covid and I had room service. The air conditioner never came on, I had my f for grand baby with me and she has allergies, she was miserable because of the room condition. I had two rooms and they were very expensive. I wasted my money, I will never stay there again.

Beautiful, Spacious Room with a a nice kitchenette that made keeping leftovers from a restaurant or fixing a quick snack a breeze. Esp great with a couple of toddler/preschooler. plenty of room to play and be silly. and i loved being able to REALLY wash out the sippee cups. excellent amenties... loved that there was coffee available in the lobby 'round the clock for free. i'm completely spoiled by this hotel and may never book anything less again.
