Towneplace Suites Corpus Christi

I think the hotel rooms were extremely clean more than you see in corpus so I was quite pleased with that also the bedding was very comfortable and the cleanliness of the restrooms with the adequate amount of shampoo conditioner body soap was really nice to have breakfast was also very good the staff was very friendly myself and my family couldn’t have been more pleased with the service we received

Our family stayed there when we came to memorialize my father who just passed. We had 5 rooms. All went well. We enjoyed the staff. They were friendly and outgoing. The front desk could be more staffed. Many times someone had to wait a long time for help and at times the phone rang forever. The bath tub had mold in the grout. We would have enjoyed a Keurig in our room. Overall our stay was good. We would stay there again.

This property looks way better in the pictures. Our room had roaches, ants, and bedbugs!! I have the worst bites around my feet and ankles it’s ridiculous! The front desk management was awful and spoke to us like children when we asked for assistance with the stove top burners. She basically said she cooks hamburgers on the every night and never had a problem so it had to be us. We later found out that the pots they give you in the room are too big for the burners so they can’t fully heat. Thank goodness we brought some of our smaller pots from home or that would have been a waste as well. Non of the ice machines worked in the whole establishment. The excuse was the one on the ground floor was just broke, the other had an electrical shortage, and the other wasn’t plugged in. This place is a health hazard!

After traveling for over 2 weeks, this place was the best we have stayed at. From Josephine checking us in to being greeted everytime we walked in, it made a tough couple of weeks very nice. Needed sheets for the pull-out couch, got them. Asked for extra towels, they were delivered. Breakfast was on the light side but it was still nice. Beds and shower were very nice. They didn't even make a deal about the grandkids service dogs like another hotel chain does every single time. Thank you for the great 2 day stay.
