The property was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and attentive. The only thing I didn’t like was that the air conditioner dripped a lot of water over the night time and made so much noise. I didn’t want to say anything because my family and dogs were already situated. However, the hotel was pricey and I’d it’s pricey I expect for everything to work properly. I or another family member could of slipped and fallen.

Stayed here one night with other family members. Our bedroom sheets were dirty and the shower spilled water all over the bathroom. The bathroom sink is also outside the bathroom which is weird . Our AC made a loud noise ALL NIGHT LONG. Our family’s room didn’t have a working ac. The lobby area is hot .. I don’t think their ac was working. Wouldn’t stay here again

My family and I stayed for a few nights. Air conditioner made a loud noise all day and night. We brought it up right away to the front desk and we were told “noise will go away shortly”, it NEVER did! Air extract in restroom didn’t work, always felt like a sauna and restroom was always wet on the floor and walls. We did ask for another room and we were told that the hotel was full. We were initially told that we would be given a discount to our room for the “inconvenience” when concerns were first brought up but it was never given since we had pre-paid for our room. The entire stay was disappointing and hotel is run down. It’s not worth the price and stay.

The room was bigger than expected and perfect for our needs as a family of four. The hotel itself was centrally located to everything we planned to do while visiting so it was perfect

Great stay! Liz greeted us with a smile. All the staff was nice, helpful. Room was clean, comfortable for 4 adults and 2 kids. Breakfast was really good. Easy acess to shopping and the beach.

Nice hotel just happened to be hosting large school groups. And unable to use pool due to overcrowding with school kids or workout room due to closed facility.

Manager and her team members were very accommodating and helped us get a great room away from the many school age kids who were staying there. The main issue is that from roughly 7:30am until almost 9:30am there was absolutely no hot water. I'm 56 and prefer not to take 1 minute ice cold showers and I would rather not get up at 6am just to have hot water available.

Great location because my family lives on the southside. The shower was basic; no bench, very little shelf space and dark. No light in the shower. Our toom had no table yo eat, had to use the ironing board as a table. Not even an ottoman in the room to use as a table.
