Holiday Inn Express and Suites Corpus Christi North, an IHG Hotel

My kids enjoyed the breakfast and pool!

I went on a family trip and stayed at this hotel. The room I got was roomy and comfy. Also seemed to have been renovated with a modern design, so that was nice. Overall good stay for my trip.

The room had a bookshelf barely hanging on the wall, the bathtub grab bar wasn’t attached, hair in the sink and tub. Breakfast wasn’t available. Several other guests complained about no breakfast. The front desk clerk said it wasn’t her job. The guy that came to put out more food at around 9 am kept shutting the doors to the breakfast area even though it doesn’t close until 10 am and then yelled a child to not open the door again. The mom complained to front desk. The girl walked behind the wall and told her coworker that she needed an alcoholic drink. I paid just over 200 for 1 night including fees and taxes. I could’ve stayed on the water for around 20.00 more. Horrible experience. When I complained to the front desk girl and then told her I’d have to leave my honest review, she replied go ahead.

This place was nice and clean. Close to my family and all the Selena things i wanted to see. Overall great stay

I wouldn’t recommend. Short staffing maybe the reason this was a huge miss. Roaches 1st of all. Yuck. Smelled like no cleaning products are used like bleach. Smelled stagnant. I couldn’t sleep asking for a new room was not an option. Breakfast was horrible. Coffee maker broken supposedly. Meats were cold. No pancakes or oatmeal either. Eggs were always empty. Felt super jipped. I brought up the roaches and the lady at front desk also manning breakfast was not phased at all. She said they just sprayed yesterday. I had a baby in there . Never again. Beds were comfortable and ax was good. Don’t do it though not worth it.

Very nice hotel! I booked 2 nights in a suite for my family and I and i loved how comfortable and spacious it was! I wish it had 2 tvs though, and the breakfast was at the Hilton due to the remodeling but the food was pretty good. I also loved hlw close if was to where we were going! I would definitely stay here again!
