The Hideout Golf Club & Resort

This place is such a superior option and very well priced. The grounds were beautiful. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the pool and deck to eat dinner on.

This property is truly a hidden gem! I had no idea this was hiding away right outside of BrownWood! I booked this property for a meet-up-half-way point to visit with family. We had a great time hanging out at the pool and enjoying the beauty of the property! The cabin we rented was cute, clean and quaint. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the morning sipping coffee from the great little coffee shop in the main building! The property itself was beautiful and very relaxing! The one negative would be that the hot tub was not working. It did take a little bit of work to find someone to trouble shoot this until an “ out of order sign” was put up. BUT this is a small negative in an overall amazing experience! If you want a great little get-away BOOK THIS! Even if you don’t play golf, it was a great place to relax, visit and recharge!

Cabins are perfect for a trip with your wife/husband and kids. Good bar and grill on the property with helpful staff.

Nice property. They overbooked the lodge so they gave us a private cabin. We had a late arival and it was dark and about to rain so that was a little stressfull as the parking was not at the cabin. We had to make a walk from the car to the cabin with all our stuff. But once in the cabin the kids were delighted. Great little cabin for a family trip. Only no instructions on how to use the tv or the heat and air. I would definately stay here again!

Spent 2 nights at the resort for a high school golf tournament. Cabin was comfortable but very small for a family of 3. Staff was friendly and service was great. The bartender was the best. She went above all to make sure guest where happy. I can’t remember here name. Food was ok, steak was good,sides not so much.Catfish was fantastic. With a little TLC this place could be 100%.

We loved staying here. We stayed in one of the campers and it was perfect for my family. The food was awesome and the service was outstanding! Our waiter Greg was awesome
