Comfort Inn Early Brownwood

We had a wonderful stay. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. The Bagar in the morning was good with plenty of options.

The staff was very kind. The pool was out of service and kids were a little disappointed but still a comfortable stay

The receptionists were very nice with a greeting and smile every time we came/went. There were minimal issues with the room (missing towel hook on bathroom door and light bulb burned out), but it was clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and the extra sink with the kitchenette made sharing with family easy and stress-free.

The breakfast was a real disappointment. We stayed 2 nights. The first morning there was hardly anything to eat! The front desk lady got up and fixed more after a man and his child came in and found nothing…. We didn’t even try the next morning. There were no vending machines for snacks. The front desk said they were working on it…

We had a super quick and easy check-in compared to other hotels.cStaff was super friendly. I slept like a baby in that bed!

I did like the location of the property. The hotel was close to lots of restaurants and the parking lot was very easy to acess and easy to park your car. The front desk was helpfully and nice. The hotel was not very clean. The vending machines were not stocked with drinks. No bottled water. The ice machine was broken. Had to use 2nd floor ice machine. Wanted to use the stairs from 2nd floor to 1st floor and the dokr entry was locked. So i had to go back up to 2nd floor and use the elevator. There was small black bugs on the floor in the hotel room. The front desk did not have a roll a away bed or pack n play for my toddler. The front desk did not have a fan available. I was very disappointed in my stay.

The room was fine. If you want any kind of room service like towels replaced or trash taken out, you must request this. They do not notify you of this when you check in. The hot tub did not work. The morning clerk left something to be desired. She was so focused on socializing and feeding family/friends and coworkers that she could not focus on the customers at the desk.
