Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Brady, an IHG Hotel

They are undergoing renovations, but it did not disturb our stay. Very comfortable beds and it's always a bonus to have the convenience of a fridge and microwave, for the kids. The breakfast had plenty of options, and the service was kind and helpful.

We called to tell staff we would be arriving late to our room and the man who I spoke with was helpful in getting us checked in so we had no worries getting into our room with a infant and toddler at 5 am. We arrived at 530 and waited almost an hour before anyone arrived (to the hotel) to give us our room key. After waiting for a while a woman finally pulled up in front of the hotel and walked in and gave us our key. Hotel states 24 hr service but yet we had to wait for someone to arrive when we were told they would have someone at the front desk. The place was clean but they seemed to have issues with water and water pressure mid shower we would lose pressure all the way down to no water coming out at all. Over all it was a decent stay compared to other places in Brady.
