Well located, nicely renovated. The swimming pool area and the large patio, combined with a great location, makes this place a great option for families visiting Fredericksburg.

We love staying here as a family! Pools, hot tub, lots of outdoor seating, fire pits, stunning grounds! And easily walkable to the main shopping strip.

Room was smaller than we are used to. Lots of high school kids were there. Had some loud neighbors. Comfortable beds. Great shower! Good breakfast.

Staff was completely rude. I attempted to cancel and they would not reimburse me. I asked to check in early and was denied. I waited until 3 and tried again when they still said my room was unavailable but I saw multiple other families check in. The staff was very rude and offered no accommodation for me while I waited to check in well after three PM which forced me to leave and go to another hotel because I needed a shower and to prepare for a wedding. Terrible. Awful and I don’t wish this service on anyone.

The only thing I wish they had were black out curtains and a bit thicker walls. We had kids next door and we could hear everything late into the night. The room was very comfortable and mattress provided a good night's sleep other than the noise. They also have a wonderful breakfast.

The property is just a block off Main Street and everything you need is very close. H-E-B Grocery Store was close & next to it had a city park that included a skatepark. Wine tour buses will pick you up across the street. It was a smaller hotel that was ideal to enjoy with a spouse and family. One pool was heated with a slide on it, and the hot tub was hot! Swimsuit did smell the following day so I think they need to clean it slightly better. Room was comfortable but could use better sheets & pillows. The pillows were way too small, shaped like a square. But I’d still stay here again. Brook’s Bubble Bar & Velvet Lounge for karaoke was entertaining! Both very close. Breakfast was good but slightly crowded.

Amazing place to stay! My family and I went to stay during our spring break to get out of the routine and it was totally what we needed. It was peaceful and relaxing. Spacious room and comfy beds. Heated pool and activity areas were awesome. Close to Main Street for good food and shopping. All staff members were super nice. I would only recommend on expanding the indoor breakfast area. When it is cold everybody staying at the inn wants to eat inside and it gets very full but besides that we had an amazing time and we can't wait to come back.

I rented two rooms for myself and my family for a two night stay. They were very accommodating in providing us two rooms on the first floor since my grandmother is not able to get up and down a flight of stairs. The hotel itself was very clean and in a great spot right down from Main st. We even got to see a few deer running down by the creek while roasting marshmallows! The breakfast provided in the morning was also fantastic. So much more than I was expecting. We will definitely be staying again.
