The property was at a great location and offered good hot breakfast - the rooms were dated and had a smell - we had to open the window.. also, our whole family was itchy staying in the hotel/// so not sure if it was bed bugs or just the humidity smelly room that caused it! Wont recommend staying there!

Stood at this hotel for a game my kids had in this area. Our coach referred this hotel. It was perfect. And the free breakfast and coffee was good.

I’ll cover a couple aspects of the hotel. Location is right off I35 and gets super busy on the frontage road leading to it during rush hour. It is not family friendly, it’s really full of workers who may be working nearby. Lots of people smoking all sorts of things outside and not trying to conceal. For a single male it would be great to stay. The staff was super friendly during check in but they’re the only interaction I had with them. Breakfast was provided during my 4 day stay, but there was no variation in food daily. It gets old quick. The room was decent and the AC worked. The hot water worked and I had no worries about the security while locked securely inside. It’s a no frills hotel and affordable. That’s the best thing I can say for it.

The hotel is run by a nice family and the breakfast was good enough. The hotel has an ungodly stench that is unbearable. The carpets are disgusting and need to be totally replaced. They offered to change the room but the whole hotel smells horrible.

My family enjoyed the pool on the property and the flexibility of the gym time. In addition, there was a lot of parking to access the building.

I booked this for a 3-night stay during ACL weekend because it was affordable and had good reviews. I was a woman staying alone with 3 teens. My family who lives in Austin was very concerned about us staying here. The surrounding area is known for drug dealers, prostitutes, homeless camps. My mom was particularly nervous - advising me not to let the girls out of the room unaccompanied. My youngest teen was also nervous upon check-in after smelling marijuana when passing by a group of smokers. However, this hotel is really nice. The entire property is fenced, well-lit, and has security cameras. The hallways are dark and look a little rough, but the rooms are REALLY nice. Furnishings are modern and updated, breakfast is VERY generous and well-staffed, and staff is very attentive, friendly, and helpful. The beds were comfortable and despite the initial unease, we had a quiet, uneventful stay. Room was large enough for a rollaway and the bathroom has an automatic night light - great little detail not seen before in other hotels! It appears highway construction workers have a contract to stay here...lots of trucks with lots of men. If you are the type who is made uncomfortable by homeless or working class - this is NOT the place for you. I would definitely stay here again as it is obvious owners have made a great investment here.

The staff was attentive, courteous, and friendly. My family and I stayed two days. The first room we were given had issues with the A/C which was addressed with the front desk, and they quickly changed our room no questions asked. Our room was clean, and my kids very much enjoyed the pool. Overall it was a great experience and i would definitely book a room again in the future.
